These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Paris Royal Ride.

PURPOSE
These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Paris Royal Ride, including but not limited to:
- Electric carriage rides in Paris
- Private and romantic experiences
- Event services (weddings, photoshoots, corporate events, marketing, etc.)
Any booking implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

BOOKINGS
2.1 Online Booking
Bookings can be made via the following channels:
- The official website
- Any other validated communication channel
A booking is confirmed only after:
- Full payment is received
- A confirmation email has been sent to the customer
2.2 Private Events & Custom Services
For weddings, events, or custom experiences, the following applies:
- A formal quote is required prior to booking
- A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation
- The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the event
Failure to pay the balance within the required timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of the booking.

PRICING AND PAYMENT
- All prices are displayed in Euros (€), VAT included
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe / credit card
- Full payment is required for all standard bookings at time of reservation
Paris Royal Ride reserves the right to modify its pricing at any time, without prior notice.

CANCELLATION POLICY — CUSTOMER
4.1 Standard Rides

| 14 to 7 days before | 20% cancellation fee |
| 6 days to 1 day before | 50% cancellation fee |
| Same day / No-show | 100% charge — no refund |
4.2 Late Arrival
- Less than 15 minutes late: the ride duration may be reduced proportionally
- More than 15 minutes late without prior notice: booking cancelled, no refund issued
4.3 Special Events

4.4 Non-Refundable Dates
Bookings made on the following dates are strictly non-refundable:
- February 14 — Valentine’s Day
- December 24, 25 & 31
- January 1 — New Year’s Day

CANCELLATION BY PARIS ROYAL RIDE
In the event that Paris Royal Ride cancels a booking, the customer will receive:
- A full refund of the amount paid
- No additional financial compensation will be granted beyond the refund

SERVICE CONDITIONS
6.1 Arrival
- Customers must arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time
- Arrival must be at the agreed meeting point as specified in the confirmation
6.2 Safety Rules
By booking, customers agree to:
- Follow all instructions given by the driver at all times
- Remain seated throughout the duration of the ride
- Not lean outside or extend limbs beyond the carriage
6.3 Right to Refuse Service
Paris Royal Ride reserves the right to refuse or terminate service without refund in the following cases:
- Inappropriate, disruptive, or abusive behavior
- Visible intoxication or use of prohibited substances
- Any situation deemed to pose a safety risk

LIABILITY
Paris Royal Ride shall not be held liable for service disruptions or modifications resulting from:
- Adverse weather conditions
- Traffic disruptions or road closures
- Administrative restrictions or public authority decisions
- Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control
7.1 Personal Belongings
Paris Royal Ride accepts no responsibility for personal items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during the ride.
7.2 Damages
Any damage caused to the carriage, equipment, or related property by the customer will be assessed and charged accordingly.

ROUTE MODIFICATIONS
Planned routes may be modified at any time without prior notice due to:
- Safety concerns or driver assessment
- Traffic conditions or road closures
- Public events, demonstrations, or official gatherings
No compensation will be provided in the event of a route modification.

INSURANCE
Paris Royal Ride declares that it holds valid insurance coverage for:
- Passenger transport liability
- Professional civil liability

APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by French law.
In the event of a dispute, and in the absence of an amicable resolution, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of Paris.
